Can we use NiFi processor PutS3Object to write data into a S3 Bucket, while MFA is active?

Can we use NiFi processor PutS3Object to write data into a S3 Bucket, while MFA is active?
if not possible, what would be an alternative considering writing data to S3 from hive/HDFS?
