CSVRead() function jmeter

There is a csv file with us that contains only one column and many row.
We want all thread go through each line of file and each thread read one line from beginning to an end and thread will stop when an end of a file.
How should we do this using CSVRead() function in Jmeter.
Please suggest on this.
